Community Matters
Community engagement and support are central to our identity as an owned family business. We proudly show teams of rare Clydesdale horses, showcasing the breed at events across the UK, including major gatherings like The Royal Highland Show. Our presence is further established with Gogar having stands at various trade and agricultural shows, where we connect with communities, families, staff and customers alike to show them our equipment, as well as share our industry-leading practices. We bring a fun, dynamic and informative approach to these gatherings and have won Best Trade Stand at some events for years consecutively.
We are committed to making a positive impact locally by supporting various charities. Our partnerships include the Alloa & District Round Table and the rejuvenation efforts at Stirling Church Garden, and we also sponsor farrier apprentices, to name only a few.
With a diverse workforce and as a Real Living Wage employer, we understand the importance of workplace culture. We enhance our staff's experience by offering fun perks such as visits from ice cream vans during summer heatwaves. Additionally, our drivers can apply within the firm to participate in national festivals such as Truckfest, fostering a sense of pride and belonging within our team. This approach to community and employee engagement underscores our commitment to not only our customers but also the wider community and our dedicated staff.
